The family of Marie Wagner would like to thank Focused Care, Wings of Texas Hospice and Dr. Charles Johnson for taking such wonderful care of her. Thank you to the Ladies Ministry Group at the Barn Church for providing such a wonderful meal for the family. Thank you to Riley Funeral Home for such a beautiful service, also a special thanks to Rev. Jimmy Boatwright and wife Marsha from Johnson City, for presenting the eulogy and to Marie’s hometown Pastor J.P. Aaron from the Barn Church for conducting the memorial service.

Hamilton Public Library Book Club will have its discussion of My Friends, the club’s first selection of the year, Tuesday, Feb. 24, at 5 p.m.

Hamilton Community Center is open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Meals are served at 11:30 a.m. each day. Menu subject to change Thursday: Pimento cheese sandwich, pickle and cookie. Donated by First United Methodist Women. Dominoes and cards at noon.

Hamilton County Sheriff Brad Boulton will not appear at his criminal arraignment tomorrow at the Hamilton County Courthouse. A waiver of arraignment was filed by Boulton’s lawyer, Perry Q. Minton from Austin who will also not appear.
