Hamilton Community Center is open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Meals are served at 11:30 a.m. each day. Menu subject to change Thursday: Tamales, pinto beans, chips and salsa and brownies donated by Lanham Methodist; dominoes at noon.
Hamilton Public Library will host a situational awareness class, Safety Savvy: Skills that Make a Difference, Thursday, March 26, at 6 p.m. Led by James Lively, this free class is designed to help community members become more alert, confident and prepared in everyday situations.
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and OneOp will host a webinar, “Applying Ethical Standards in Financial Counseling,” Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon.
