Four candidates are vying for the Hamilton County Judge position, which will be decided by next week’s election.

Driving down Farm-to-Market Road 221 tucked into the southern hills of Hamilton County is the community of Shive, served by a group of volunteers on the local fire department.

Hamilton High School is launching into spring with dozens of extracurricular activities. One such activity is Rocket and Design taught by Tom Parrish.

This life is all about choices. We are confronted daily with choices, and these options are there regardless of our age. There will always be the opportunity to make a good choice or one that is not so good. When we look for advice, concerning these choices of life, we must always look to the ultimate authority.

School board members volunteer a great deal of time dealing with myriad items in the community.
