Hamilton’s Main Street Manager Joni Hoxsey addressed the Hamilton City Council during a called meeting on Tuesday of last week to recommend an engineering firm to assist the City of Hamilton in completing the application process and to provide project-related engineering services for the 2020 Historic Main Street Texas Community Development Block Grant Downtown Revitalization/Main Street Project.
