Five Hamilton High School Bulldog powerlifters qualified for and will compete in the UIL Region II-Division IV Powerlifting Championships to be held on the campus of West High School this Saturday beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Though the Tolar High School Rattler Relays were canceled last Thursday due to weather, Hamilton’s junior high track and field athletes were able to hop, skip and sprint for the first time this season in Tolar on Monday of last week.

The Hamilton County Youth Athletic Association recently wrapped up their little dribblers’ basketball season with games played in Jonesboro. Six teams across six divisions were crowned champions.
All but one of Hamilton’s Lady Bulldog powerlifters have racked the bar for the final time in 2023 with four Lady Dogs qualifying for and competing last Saturday in the Region II Powerlifting meet held in Bosqueville.
