Wilma D. Tubbs, 77, of Hamilton, passed away Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021.
Wilma was born Jan. 18, 1944.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Nov. 20, at 2 p.m. at Riley Funeral Home Chapel, 402 W Main.
