Elsie Gay Sommerfeld, a beloved mother, loving spouse and devoted grandmother, passed away Aug. 23, 2024, at the age of 80.
A celebration of life to honor her will be held at a later date.
Born on Sept. 16, 1943, in Douglas, Arizona, to James Edgar Kuykendall and Ruby K. Reynolds Kuykendall. Elsie lived a life marked by her unwavering love for her family and her boundless compassion for others.
