Clarence Douglass “Doug” Owen, 83, passed away suddenly Sunday, Jan. 10, at his home.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Doug was born Nov. 30, 1937, in Brownwood to Clarence Aubrey Owen and Myrtle Davis Owen. He was the fourth of five children, three brothers, James, Doyle, Don, and one sister, Mary Catherine Lehman.
