Billy Eugene Garrett, 68, passed away Oct. 24, 2024, at Pecan Creek Healthcare Center in Hamilton with Kerri, Millie and Bonnie by his side.
A celebration of life will be planned in Hamilton at a later date.
Billy was born Nov. 17, 1955, to Lucious Dean and Lillie Louise Garrett, one of 17 children.
