John Debs McCoy Custer of Hamilton passed away July 19, 2023.
A graveside service was held in the Clairette Cemetery July 23.
John D. was born in Austin on Jan. 24, 1941, and grew up on the south side of San Antonio. He grew up a cowboy under the guidance of his father and grandfather. He also worked as a heavy machinery operator before making the move to trucking.
