Estelle Frances Wenzel Manthei, of Waco passed away on Aug. 8, 2021, at her daughter’s home.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Aug. 16, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Waco, followed by internment in Waco Memorial Park.
