Maurice Eldon “Cotton” Young, 97, passed away Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019, surrounded by his family.
Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, at Scott’s Funeral Home with burial in Wood Cemetery.
Maurice was born Feb. 7, 1922, in Pancake to Henry D. and Grace Murrell Young. He attended school at Mount Zion and graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1940.
