Christina “Tina” Grace Fischer, 80, of San Antonio passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019, in Cartagena, Colombia, while vacationing on a Panama Canal cruise.
She was born March 12, 1939, in Topsy to Mary Lee Pierce and Oscar Lewis Balzen.
