Roger Dale Kelm, 83, passed away on July 28, 2026, in Denton.
He was born in 1942 in Hamilton to Leeman and Leona (Braun) Kelm.
He was raised in Hamilton and graduated from Hamilton High School. Following high school, Roger honorably served his country in the United States Army. After his military service, he began a long and dedicated career with Ford Motor Company, where he worked faithfully until his retirement.
He loved fishing, hunting, gardening and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. Whether spending time outdoors, tending to his garden, watching a football game or sharing stories with friends and family, Roger embraced every moment and made the most of life’s blessings.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Helen Kelm; his sister, Glenda Peace; his children, Troy Vinson, Eric Vinson, Terry Ellison and Jennifer Bradshaw and husband Ashley; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, all of whom he cherished deeply.
