Notes from the Mayor
By now, everyone knows that our Hamilton Bulldogs are the Class 2A Division1 State Champions! How awesome is that?!?! They had the dedication, which began after their semi-final loss last year, to put in the work and put out the effort to play hard as a team and win it all as a team. But there’s one aspect that must not be overlooked. They played with class. They are a testament to their families, to their coaching staff, to their dedication and focus and a commitment to representing the Hamilton community in a respectful manner. The saying going around last week was, “Teams to remember, play in December.” They now have something they can remember and be proud of for the rest of their lives and be proud of the fact they did it with class.
