NINETY-NINES: The Hamilton Soaring Club

Hamilton High School FFA celebrated awards Monday night at the annual banquet. Next photo, Discovery Degrees included Star Discovery to Khloe Koether, Lyndon Carrigan, Ella Patek, Aubrey Adams, Coy Bass and Mason Hall. To the right are Lone Star Degrees, the highest degree bestowed at the state level, which will be presented to Masyn Raiborn, Colten DeLaGarza, Cooper Turner and Addison Clowdus at the state FFA convention this summer. Below them are Star Chapter degree recipients Zeb Murphree, Brazos McGregor, Case Fletcher, Payden Oglesby, Addley Yates, Kyler Koether, Nathan Hall, Jon Hurst, Champ Cox and Emma Ensor. Next are Star Greenhand degree recipients Katy Parrish, Cason Turner, Mayson Norton, Haley McGregor, Kasyn Kellner, Kensli Timmons, Emma Johnson and Oscar Garcia. Junior Ag Excellence recipients were Johanna Jeschke, Parker Clowdus, Kally Kellner, Raylee Adams, Evelyn Mathison, Jase Jones and Jase Murphree. And welding certification was acknowledged for Mayson Raibourn, Ryder Zschiesche, Kensli Timmons, Hector Najera, Addly Yates, Addy Clowdus, Payden Oglesby, Emma Ensor, Champ Cox, Zeb Murphree and Kyler Koether.

Hamilton received an unexpected and much welcomed visitor late Monday evening of last week as seen by passersby of the Hamilton County Courthouse.

“Welcome home, Kory,” said Charles Johnson, president of the Hamilton Independent School District Board of Trustees to new Hamilton High School principal Kory Craddick at the May 6 meeting.
