St. John Lutheran Academy hosted a rattlesnake show Saturday at Wenzel Hall as part of its Rattles & Roots fund-raiser. The event included bounce house, pork butt sandwiches, face painting and vendors, Kids of all ages marveled at the reptiles during the educational stunt show.

Lady Bulldog golfers head back to state
Of the top 16 2-A teams in all the region, the Hamilton Lady Bulldogs placed third during the 2A UIL Region 2 Golf Championships held at the Old Brickyard Golf Course Wednesday and Thursday of last week and are returning to state for the second consecutive year.
