Frances Valine Freeman Shupe, 86, beloved wife and mother, passed peacefully on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026, at her home in Evant.
She was preceded by her husband of 62 remarkable years, Bill E. Shupe. She was a woman of deep faith, grace and enduring warmth.
