Donna Carol Carr McKelvy, 63, passed peacefully at her home with family by her side in Grand Prairie on Oct. 27, 2019.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, Nov. 16, at 1 p.m. at Matthew Road Baptist Church, 4601 Matthew Rd, Grand Prairie.
Donna was born Aug. 10, 1956, at Methodist Hospital in Dallas. She was raised in Grand Prairie, with family roots in Hamilton.
