Sugar alcohols may have the most misleading name. They are neither sugar nor alcohol; they are a type of carbohydrate derived from fruits and vegetables. However, most commercial sugar alcohols are synthetically made. You can usually spot them on the ingredient list by “-ol” at the end of the names. Examples include sorbitol, xylitol, lactitol, mannitol, erythritol, and maltitol.

Hamilton Community Center is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Meals are served at 11:30 a.m. each day. Menu is subject to change.

Also, all the doctors and nurses at Hamilton General Hospital and at Hillcrest Baylor Scott and White that took care of Jim. Solaris-Hospice thank you for everything you did for Jim. The funeral service was wonderful.
