A Mediterranean-style diet comes for the traditional eating pattern of people from countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea. These include Greece, Italy, and Spain. This diet is based on healthy whole foods and includes very few processed foods.
Gustine homecoming set for this weekend
The 64th annual Gustine Homecoming and Rodeo is this weekend. In addition to the traditional junior rodeo, weekend activities include the famous barbecue cookoff, 42 tournament, golf tournament, 6th annual Larry Don’s 7&7K, cornhole tournament, sweets bakeoff, photo, art and quilt show, kids activities, presentations and entertainment.
