After recognizing seniors last Tuesday night at Fair Park, the 19-9, eighth in stateranked Bulldogs proceeded to pummel the visiting Santo Wildcats 15-4.

The 17-9 and perfect 9-0 in district Hamilton Bulldogs defended their perch atop the District 7-2A baseball standings by delivering second-placed Bangs their second district loss by a score of 9-0 last Friday night at Fair Park.

Hamilton High School ruled the roost during the District 12-2A Track and Field Championships last week in Rio Vista, claiming district team titles in all four divisions. In doing so, 14 Bulldogs and 13 Lady Bulldogs, not including alternates, qualified to compete in the area track meet that was scheduled to be held on Wednesday of this week in Rio Vista.

The now 15-9 and perfect 7-0 in district Hamilton Bulldogs were scheduled to travel to DeLeon on Tuesday before returning home to host the Bangs Dragons this Friday at Fair Park.

LONG HAULERS -

The athletic prowess of Hamilton Junior High students was on full display in Valley Mills on Monday of last week as the young Dogs and Lady Dogs claimed district track and field championships in the eighth grade girls, seventh grade girls and the seventh grade boys divisions.
