Ann Whitney Elementary has started a new student recognition program. Every week Principal Marie Barrows will choose two students who have gone above and beyond, shown positive attitudes and respect toward others and strive to do the right thing. Super Stellar students for the the week of Oct. 20 are, top photo, fourth grader Dilan Gutierrez Chavez and first grader Jacquelene Albert; for the week of Nov 17, center, Abbie Hertel, fourth grade, and Linux Fisher, fifth grade, because they are respectful, helpful and build up their peers; and for the week of Oct. 13, bottom, fifth grader Cotten Raibourn and second grader Nataly Reglalado.
