Danny Hemphill departed this life on Monday, Dec. 9, 2024 A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 15, at Outreach Church of Christ at 2 p.m.

Billy (Bill) Harold Barkley Sr., 101, passed away Jan. 28, 2025, with his three sons at his bedside.

Ann Whitt, 96, of Gatesville, passed away Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025, at Focused Care Nursing Home in Hamilton.

It was a bright, clear morning when Dr. Charles Shoultz, 87, died peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025.

A memorial service for James Alvis Wright was held Thursday, Jan. 16, at Oak-Crest Funeral Home, Waco. The retired Texas Ranger Captain was laid to rest in the Texas State Cemetery in Austin Jan. 17.
