Two of Hamilton’s newest residents wish to say привет and спасибо (that’s hello and thank you) in Russian as Mark and Donna Kuenzi, two American missionaries from Ukraine, now call the community home.

There seems to be a need for people who care about Hamilton to serve in elected government offices to help Hamilton thrive.

TOP TALENT- Hamilton Bulldog senior powerlifter Jose Najera competed with the state’s top talent in all of Division 4 last Friday in the State Powerlifting Championships at the Taylor County Expo Center in Abilene. Squatting 600 pounds, bench pressing 345 and hoisting 510 pounds in the deadlift for a total of 1455 pounds, Najera placed sixth in state out of 14 competitors.
