Priddy big weekend June 8-10
Priddy American Legion will be hosting a BBQ Cookoff June 8 through June 10 followed by a cornhole tournament and dance June 10 to raise funds for scholarships. The CTBA sanctioned cookoff will consist of jackpot beans, chicken, ribs and brisket. Payout will go to the top five winners in the meat categories with a guaranteed pay out of $1000 per category.
USDA extends RLP app deadline
The U.S. Department of Agriculture is extending the deadline for the Emergency Relief Program Phase Two and Pandemic Assistance Revenue Program to July 14 to give producers more time to apply for assistance.
