Chrissy Hopper’s grandparents, William and Sue Bonilla of Corpus Christi, celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary April 10. They celebrated at home with family through phone calls, zoom and FaceTime. The couple met at Baylor University, and later started a family law firm in Corpus Christi. They have six children, 17 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

First Presbyterian Church may not have been able to have a worship service Easter Sunday, but church members still carried on the annual tradition of flowering the cross while also socially distancing.

Social distancing got to Hamilton last week, and an impromptu online plan was made for doin’ the drag. Folks of all ages enjoyed waving and reminiscing about the time when doin’ the drag was the thing to do.
