Wilda Fay Massingill

Wilda Fay Massingill, 88, of Hamilton, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2024.

Funeral services were Saturday, July 6, in Riley Funeral Home Chapel. A private burial followed in Murphree Cemetery in Evant.

Wilda was born to John Edwin Kilgore and Roberta Louise Matthews Kilgore at Edna Hill. She was a lifelong Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Debra Schuetz; her father John Edwin Kilgore; her mother Roberta Louise Matthews; an infant son; three sisters; a twin brother; three husbands; one niece and two nephews.

Survivors include her daughter Cynthia Tuerk; two sons, Billy Harvey and James Harvey; stepson William Massingill; three stepdaughters, Roberta Taylor, Leanna Brown and Martha Ann Coats, niece Laverne Mills; and nephews Vernon Allen French, Tony Dale French and Jimmy French.
