Steven Turner

Steven Darryl Turner, 58, passed away July 24, 2023, in Fort Worth.

Services were Friday, July 28, at Fairy Baptist Church with burial in Fairy Cemetery.

Steven was born Dec. 5, 1964, in Arlington to Jack and Kay (Gordon) Turner.

He was known as “Pops” and was married to his high school sweetheart of 40 years, loved his family and friends, coaching his children, fishing and Jesus. The light of Steven’s world were his seven grandchildren, whom he loved and adored.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Steven is survived by his wife Deniece Turner; daughter Ashley Johnson and husband Tyler; sons Austin Turner and wife Leah and Addison Turnny” er and wife Rachel; grandchildren Ainsley Johnson, Kennedy Turner, Ansen Turner, Lane Turner, Alivia Turner, Saylor Turner and Averly Turner; his siblings, Susan Smith, Sharon Stephenson and Zane Turner; and a host of extended family members and friends.
