Marcie Cole

Marceline (Marcie) Cole, age 92, died peacefully on March 23, 2024.

Visitation will be held March 30th at 10AM at Riley Funeral Home in Hamilton, Texas. Graveside services will follow immediately at Oak Wood Cemetery with Michael J. Lee officiating.

Mrs. Cole was born in Idalou, Texas on November 16, 1931, to A.C. Hatcher and Velma Bowers Hatcher. She was married to Bolding Cole Jr. on November 10, 1949 in Hamilton, Texas. Together they had one daughter, Brenda Gail Cole (Roberson).

Marcie worked at Hamilton National Bank for 35 years before her retirement. She then became a full time “farmer & rancher” working alongside her beloved husband. They enjoyed their time together and loved eating out, traveling, and spending time with their grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband; and her 2 brothers, Lee Hatcher and Delbert Rogan.

Survivors include her daughter Brenda Roberson and husband Michael Roberson; three grandchildren Scott and wife Cara Roberson, Trent and wife Michelle Roberson, Brandy and husband Rusty Anderson; great-grandchildren Justin and wife Emileigh Andrae, Drew Roberson, Austin Roberson, Erin and husband Christian Freeze, Rylee Roberson, Cole Anderson and Cooper Anderson; great-great grandchildren Poppy Leigh and Jarod Roy Andrae.
