Bulldog fans enjoyed supporting a bi-district qualifying football team, regional quarterfinalist volleyball team, a sixth-in-state Bulldog XC team and a state champion Lady Bulldog XC team this fall.

Hamilton’s 2023 gridiron campaign ended in a backand- forth bi-district saga played out on a wet and soggy field in Brock last Thursday evening. Though the Hamilton Bulldogs were the third-place representatives out of District 5-2A, they entered the contest as heavy favorites over the District 6-2A runner-up Tioga Bulldogs. Last season, Hamilton was the fourthplaced representative out of District 5 before tapping out District 5 Champion Tioga in the first round with a whopping 45-15 beatdown.

There are moments in history, both good and bad, that we all remember where we were when they occurred. A couple of Wednesday nights ago, as Josh Sborz recorded the 27th and final out of Game 5 of the World Series, a range of emotions swept across living rooms far and wide. I know for me, it was so special to be able to watch with Christin and all of our girls, sitting around the TV and hanging on every pitch. It was a memory that will be with us from now on, and there are countless stories just like ours.
