The junior varsity Red Dogs returned to the hardcourt on Friday of last week in Italy and stamped a 54-26 district opening win over the host Gladiators.
Colter Johnson stroked a team-leading 16 points, followed by Pierce Summers and Devin Eanes with 10 apiece. Halston Haile chalked nine points, Judson Coalson five, Yeydy Rivas two, and Morgan Henkes added a pair in the win.
