Candace Stroud, who has served as director of the annual Hamilton County Dove Festival Pageant for the past 20 years, announced last week that the pageant has been officially crowned by the Secretary of State.
“This has been a long time coming,” said Stroud.
“We recently received our certificate of formation and are now our own Miss Hamilton County Dove Festival Pageant Organization.”
