Joined by 57 individual competitors in Clifton on Saturday, Hamilton’s Kara Baker, pictured, joined Amalia Knutson in racking a first-prize finish in her respective weight class. The Lady Bulldogs proceeded to earn a bronze medal out of eight teams competing in Clifton. Baker lifted a 190-pound squat, 115-pound bench press and a 200-pound dead lift for a winning total of 505 pounds in three events…
