Hamilton County Sheriff Brad Boulton and former Texas Coffee owner Erika Bedell were indicted Jan. 7 by grand jurors of Hamilton following arrest warrants signed by 220th District Judge Shaun Carpenter in September 2025.
The cases are set for arraignment Feb. 11 in the district courtroom of Hamilton County.
