Monday was the final day to file for a place on the ballot for the March 3, 2026, primary election.
Justin R. Frasier and Cody D. Turner have both filed as candidates for Precinct 4 commissioner, while lone candidate Jody Tyson has filed for commissioner in Precinct 2. That position will be vacated by the precinct’s current commissioner, Keith Curry, who will retire next December.
