Daniel Helton completed his journey traveling to the Empty Cross in Kerrville Jan. 5 around 3 p.m.
The 52-year-old father of five passed through Hamilton Dec. 20 on his way to the Kerrville Cross Garden. The 222mile journey took 22 days.
The Empty Cross is part of the 24.5-acre Coming King Sculpture Prayer Garden to which thousands of people travel each year from around the world to experience God.
