Former Hamilton City Administrator Ryan Polster said Friday it was not his idea to resign his job, that he wanted to stay and see the projects through that he and the city council and staff started.
Nevertheless, he submitted his resignation Friday, effective Monday. That left him little time to say goodbye or to reflect on what has been accomplished in his term.
