Texas Rose Tattoo Commission and Black Sheep Mercantile are celebrating their terrific two-year anniversary in Hamilton on Saturday.
The celebration begins on the northeast side of the historic downtown square at 11 a.m. with a car cruise-in and tacos from El Jardin.
