A petition is circulating around Hamilton to require the City of Hamilton to hold an election regarding the use of sales tax funds to finance the building of additional hangars at Hamilton Municipal Airport.
The only problem is, sales tax funds don’t finance the airport.
The main thing the petition would accomplish would be to force the city to expend about $3000 of general fund money (street money)…
