The 58th annual Cranfills Gap Lutefisk Dinner will be Saturday, Dec. 2, at the Cranfills Gap ISD cafeteria with seatings at 4:30, 5:15, 6 and 6:45 p.m.
Lutefisk is a traditional holiday meal enjoyed by Norwegians and Scandinavians. When Norwegian immigrants came to the United States in the 1800s, they settled in this area of Texas to begin their new lives.
