Tuesday morning the Hamilton County Commissioners voted to implement the county wide burn ban effective Friday, Oct. 13.
“We are starting to see fires just from cars pulling off the road,” said Precinct 1 Commissioner Johnny Wagner.
Citizens will be allowed to burn household trash in a barrel with a protective screen covering. No other outdoor burning will be permitted.
