Same passion, different name
The Bistro formerly known as Central Perk is rebranding.
“Expect the same passion for homemade food, now with an extra day to enjoy our delicious dishes,” said owner Blanca Sepolio.
The Bistro will be open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
Sepolio has made a few tweaks to the menu and has added pancakes on Saturday.
