Dear Editor, I would like to echo same sentiments expressed by Ms. Parsons (Lamkin community) per her LTE in last weeks paper (Aug 17, 2023). I and many other users of the “Brightspeed” (formerly Century Link) land line phone system are plagued by same intermittent outage described by Ms. Parsons.
