The US Postal Service has raised the price of first-class “forever” stamps from 63 to 66 cents, effective this past Sunday, July 9.
USPS said the approximately 5.4 percent increase was needed to “offset the rise in inflation” and the changes “are needed to provide the postal service with much needed revenue.”
