Dear Editor, For 10 years Huts for Mutts operated a sanctuary and spay/neuter services with the ultimate goal of Hamilton becoming no kill. The community proved to me that goal was too difficult. Sad fact that even with free spay/neuter vouchers and affordable services pets were considered disposable.
