Texas Department of Public Safety arrested a Goldthwaite man Dec. 11 in a hit-and-run fatality crash Dec. 10 in Mills County.
Kerry Coats “KC” Kavanaugh, 38, was charged with failure to stop and render aid resulting in death, a second-degree felony, and booked into the Mills County Jail.
