Many Hamilton citizens are seeing red after receiving their July energy billing statements.
Customers reported unusually lower bills for the months of May and June, but in July their bills are doubling, tripling and in some cases quadrupling.
Hamilton resident Diana Freeman received a bill for $1,550.
