Some town folks are having trouble with the city code enforcement. I am not the only one being bird-dogged. Kissell Estates has been owned since 1957 and now the city takes control. I wonder about these alley ways downtown with tall grass and tree limbs that you can’t see bridge rails or street signs. How about all the holes that tear up vehicles? We need a street enforcement.
