Led by regional champion and state qualifier Jose Najera and regional medalists Ben Bruce and Alex Thiele, the Bulldogs placed tenth overall out of 25 teams competing at the Region 2, Division 4 powerlifting meet last Friday in West.
Five Bulldogs in all proved to be pound for pound some of the strongest athletes in the region.
